German Shepherd rescue will be here to meet potential adopters and volunteers. Come by and meet some loving dogs looking for a new home.

We will be unvieling our new Candy Shop for dogs and having a free treat tasting for the furry friends in our lives. Bacchus Wine Cellar will be offering a wine tasting for the human companions.

Easter Bone Hunt
Fundraiser for Washington Humane. Bring the pooch and the kids for fun at the park searching for bones and snacks. Dog and HANDLER search Rose Park (corner of 26th and P St NW) for goodies starts at 11am.
Easter Bonnet Contest at 12pm. Four Catagories: Homemade, Store bought, best human dog duo, best overall outfit.
Have your photo with the Easter Bunny.
You can pre-register at The Dog Shop. Pre-registration is $5.00, on site is $10.00. Easter bunny photos are an additional $15.00 per. We are requesting you pre-register if at all possible.
